Pat Kennedy joined the accounting department of Meta Real Estate Partners in November of 2021. As a seasoned CRE professional, Pat began as an accountant, then appraiser, and next to portfolio manager in the mid 1980’s & 90’s with Equitable Real Estate. Next, she expanded to loan underwriter with Fleet Finance after which she departed the work force to raise a family. While raising her family in New Jersey, she held a residential real estate license. In 2016 after returning to Atlanta, she joined the accounting department of residential developer Monte Hewitt Homes and subsequently served as a Senior Underwriter, Assistant Vice President at Situs AMC focused primarily on CRE securitized loans.  Pat has B.S. in Accounting from Guilford College in Greensboro NC and has ties with family in Australia,  Texas, Pennsylvania and locally.
