Betsy brought 6 years of real estate administrative experience with her when she joined Bob Worthington in 1992 after he had ventured out on his own to form SWH. Betsy’s responsibilities touch each area of the META organization. In addition to being responsible for the corporate business administration and network filing organization, she provides support to the META executives and all of the META departments, including accounting and IT, and manages partnership administration for all entities. She is also the closing coordinator for all real estate transactions and where she works closely with the transaction legal team.

Betsy attended Clayton State College and also obtained her real estate license. She is active in her church and enjoys spending time with her family, walking and cooking. She is a native Atlantan and is married to Todd Marshall. They have three children.
